Nathan plays a pivotal role at DB Capital, providing comprehensive support for all aspects related to the firm’s portfolio in the Western United States. Working closely with the Regional Vice President, he ensures that all financial modeling, research, due diligence, and asset management duties are executed with the utmost sophistication and precision.
Prior to joining DB Capital, Nathan worked as a Sales Consultant for DR Horton in their Utah division. He became the top selling consultant, achieving the highest dollar volume in Utah in 2019. He also oversaw marketing, construction, and closing efforts, which led to an increase in foot and website traffic, as well as on-time deliveries and closings.

Nathan is an alumnus of the esteemed Dollinger Master of Real Estate Development program at the University of Southern California. While attending USC, he was selected to represent the program as a member of the 2021 NAIOP team. He also holds his Bachelors of Science in Business Management from Brigham Young University.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Nathan prioritizes spending time with his family. He is an avid skier, mountain biker, and golfer.
