With a rich background in multifamily property management, Daniel’s diverse experience includes roles with multi-family management companies. As the Director of Training & Development, he streamlined communication platforms, established structured onboarding processes, conducted audits, and led legal and procedural training across multiple states. A seasoned Regional Manager, Daniel adeptly guided teams across a portfolio of properties, orchestrated successful CapEx projects, managed budgets, and nurtured investor relations through asset calls. As a Community Manager, he consistently maintained high occupancy rates, drafted policies, fueled rent growth, and elevated NOI.

Daniel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from The University of Connecticut. His exceptional contributions earned him the 2021 Solt Award from the Austin Apartment Association, further complemented by his CAM (Certified Apartment Manager) certification in the same year.
