Chase is a key figure leading the acquisitions and asset management team for DB Capital’s portfolio in both the Texas and Southwestern markets, which currently includes assets in Las Vegas and targeting assets in Phoenix. As Regional Vice President, he assumes ultimate responsibility for all aspects of the deal lifecycle within his markets. This includes overseeing acquisitions, executing business plans, managing capital markets relations, and above all, providing best-in-class risk-adjusted returns for investors in his portfolio.

Prior to joining DB Capital Management, Chase was Vice President of Investment at Walsh & Company, where he was responsible for all financial analysis, acquisitions, dispositions, debt sourcing and overseeing privately held family office multifamily assets $1.5+ billion under management.

Prior to joining Walsh & Company, Chase worked closely with the Investor Relations team at Hunt Capital Partners (HCP), the syndication division of Hunt Companies, where he was responsible for acquisitions of LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) equity investments and the structuring of institutional funds. During his tenure at HCP, Chase collaborated with the executive team to successfully raise and deploy $500 million of investor equity in portfolios, closing over 40 partnerships spanning both proprietary and multi-fund structures. Chase’s expertise extended to overseeing and monitoring the overall performance of affordable housing portfolios valued at $1.4 billion, encompassing 10,000+ units in LIHTC investments across all states.

Chase earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics/Economics with a minor in Statistics from the University of California, Los Angeles. Outside of his professional endeavors, Chase enjoys playing soccer and tennis.
